Endurance Classes are specialty classes that we offer in addition to our regular CrossFit programming.  This program is for the athletes that want to increase their endurance capabilities.  Endurance is not only about running skills and often incorporates weight lifting and other CrossFit exercises into a longer format class.  Participants should be able to run a minimum of a 10 minute mile without stopping prior to taking Endurance Class.

This class is free for members. $15 per class for non-members, and need to finish the On Ramp prior to taking the Endurance classes.  Please see our current class schedule for class dates and times.
