Getting Started

Heard about CrossFit but don’t know where to start? You’re in the right spot.

If you are new to CrossFit or want to check us out, you are welcome to come in and watch one of our training sessions.  If you would like to give it a try, you can join us for a FREE Fundamental Training session on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. No CrossFit experience is necessary for the Saturday session.

No matter who you are, you can get more fit! Anyone with an open mind, positive attitude and desire to learn, grow and work hard can see results! Are you an athlete, firefighter, military personnel, police officer, professor, teacher, office worker, parent, high school student, kid, senior or retiree? Are you busy…already in shape, out of shape, super fit, bored with the same routine, can’t get enough exercise on your own, eager to lose weight, inches, gain strength and endurance, or do you just want to lift the grocery bag or your kids with ease?  Then we have the program for you!

If you are Interested in Trying CrossFit for Free…

First Call us at (516)-962-4FIT (4348) or Email us at to set up your free intro time. 

Next, Print and Complete or Facility Waiver Form and bring it with you to your intro.

Finally, be prepared to give it all you got!  Make sure to have proper clothing and foot ware.  Make sure you are hydrated and have had a light, healthy snack approximately one hour prior to coming in.
