CrossFit Boot Camp (Currently Suspended )

CrossFit Boot Camp is an express 45 minute class offered for members of all levels.  This class includes a group warm-up, skill challenge, a short high intensity timed workout, and cool down and mobility.  Our Boot Camp classes will utilize both indoor and  outdoor space as well as use technique simple moves to get a great high intensity workout.   This class is great for the new member transitioning into CrossFit, as well as the experienced member who wants to get a great high intensity met con workout.
