If you are new to CrossFit or want to check us out, you are welcome to come in and watch one of our training sessions. The best way to see if it’s for you is to give it a try! You can join us for a FREE CrossFit Class Saturdays & Sundays. Check our Schedule for times. No CrossFit experience is necessary for the weekend session.

Next, Print and Complete or Facility Waiver Form and bring it with you to your intro.
Finally, be prepared to give it all you got! Make sure to have proper clothing and foot ware. Make sure you are hydrated and have had a light, healthy snack approximately an hour prior to coming in.
